The space is comprised of 3 rooms totaling 2400 sq. ft. There is a small kitchenette and private bathroom, along with a great meet and greet room with a tasting bar. The larger open space has concrete floors and one column in middle of room. We are willing to reduce or eliminate the rental fee if wine is purchased ahead of time for an agreed upon amount.
