Clean, equipped conference room in NYC available for meetings or conference calls, etc. Room comes with conference phone, white board, LCD monitor, and video conferencing capable. For weekend rentals, a 4 hour minimum is required. Access to central office kitchen and photo-copier/scanner. Great for business travelers to NYC.

We were pleased with the space. Nancy was very helpful in every aspect including helping us find someone to cater our meeting, and getting our equipment up and running when we needed it. The AV worked very well for us. For someone not from NY, the neighborhood looked iffy but, I'm told by my colleagues that "this is New York" so I guess it was normal. :-) Very good space for a reasonable cost. Thanks to Nancy for a job well done.

The venue is great, reasonably priced in the city, and convenient to midtown. The staff at both E-Venues and SoTechie were incredible. I had some odd requests, both with scheduling and AV needs and both were addressed quickly and professionally. I will hold events there again. Simply a steal in Manhattan for event / conference space.
