Had some trouble with the online booking process so I emailed and got a very fast response and got my booking all taken care of. The space was excellent, and the person who managed it was so helpful and responsive. We would definitely use this space again.

First and foremost, Hillary is flexible, gracious, and easy to work with. Everything went so smoothly, it felt as if I had taught a dozen workshops here. The conference room is tastefully decorated and makes a cozy and intimate environment. I really like how my slides looked on the large plasma screen. I also liked the use of the fully-equiped kitchen right next door. I look forward to teaching workshops here again. John Martin, Founder Boys Read (boysread.org)

Two very big thumbs up! This space was perfect for my workshops, and exceeded all of my expectations. A very professional space, that was cozy and made everyone feel comfortable. The location was awesome too, convenient to everything. I loved the decor and the lighting, everything was to perfection! Thank you Hillary for your wonderful hosting and making my workshops all the more awesome and making everything easy! I will be seeing you again in the Spring!

We had a weekly meeting in the space for three months. Hillary was incredibly hospitable and was a pleasure to work with. The only critique I have is that the AC is rather loud, but most people can get used to it or maybe wouldn't notice.

Very nice space and good location. One of the few places that offered after hours meetings. I will use the space again when I have the need.

I taught a 4-week creative writing class in this space and loved it! Hillary had excellent attention to detail when getting the room ready, and she thought of all the little things to make the event go well (such as helping with lighting options, etc.). The space has great character and a lovely sense of aesthetics; it is also set up with all the practicals (white board, TV to hook up with your computer, etc.). I would highly recommend this space if you are looking for something professional but more interesting than the average conference room.

We have used the Lower Queen Ann Meeting Space for meetings of our board of directors. The room is very comfortable and quiet, with lots of nice touches (coffee, nuts provided). Not huge, suitable for small groups of maybe six or fewer. There is a large monitor for presentations and it connects easily to a laptop. Parking is easy, there are several lots nearby. Our contact, Hillary, is exceedingly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended - just don't reserve the room on the days we need it!

We used this space for a 10-day focused work group and it was great. Comfortable, easy to access, good wifi, kitchen. The amenities were fine, just as advertised. The management was very super accommodating and very responsive as well.

The space is well maintained, and completely functional. The WiFi and plasma TV took care of our technology needs. The kitchen had everything needed for our lunch we brought in. The decor is not what I would put together, but the space completely met our needs.

We had a last minute need for a meeting room and evenues really delivered! The search and booking process was fast and painless. The location was as described. What fell short in the description was... the unexpected warmth and magnetism of our host, Hilary. With less than 24 hours notice she arranged a convenient meet-up time for us to "check in", had the room provisioned with everything we needed plus arranged some special touches (like the map of local restaurants, post-it flip boards, fresh coffee and water), and made us feel very welcome. Great service, great location. Okay, the (fake) leopard skin couch caused us 3 guys a chuckle but it was a great ice-breaker as we settled in for an all day planning session in a very comfortable space.

What a great space and energy! This is not your typical conference room with stark white walls and fluorescent lighting. They have created a space that exudes creativity, warmth and thoughfulness. Even though there is no natural light in the room, they have planned out the space with lighting that is really nice. In fact, there were no distractions and it felt very comfortable. Hillary helped coordinate the rental and made sure every detail was taken care of before the meeting, as well as when I arrived. It was just too easy! :) I will definiltey use this space again and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a small meeting (I would say no more than 6) where you can get a lot done. A couple of "good to know" tips: *There is a kitchen just on the other side of the room, stocked with coffee and water, plates, etc. *Parking lots within 1 block of the building are all around making it very convenient. *There is WiFi if you need it. 5 Stars for this venue!

This space was great for a recent client meeting I held. Hilary made sure we had everything we needed, and access to the kitchen was great. WiFi and the flatscreen were very helpful. I would definitely rent this space again!

This space worked well for our group! Having the flat screen available for computer projection and easy access to the kitchen for coffee, etc :) The room is beautifully decorated as well. Highly recommend it!

It is hard to find such an amazing space at such a reasonable price. I ran a workshop and everything went off without a hitch - the plasma TV for my media needs, amenities from the kitchen, and the air conditioning on a hot day was much appreciated. You can couple that with ample parking, a perfect location in lower Queen Anne, and a building with great energy - and you have a wonderful option for small group gatherings. I couldn't recommend it more.

Meeting space was in a great location and had everything we needed. The conference table and chairs were very comfortable, the plasma display was perfect for the presentation, the price is right and the best amenity of all was the staff. Hillary was extremely accommodating and helpful during our entire meeting. We will certainly look into more eVenue locations and, for sure, use the space in Seattle, again, for the next meeting.

Nice Amenities for our discussion group. Adequate street parking. Easily handles a group of twelve people. Lighting and furniture is good. WiFi and DVD availability. Access to kitchen next to conference room. The background noise (air conditioning, elevators) is a little loud but at the same time it serves to mask voices in neighboring offices. We wuld rent the space again.
