It is so easy to book online, the staff at Woods is always amazing and we will continue to use this room for our business needs.

We have used this meeting room several times for small business meetings and have found it an excellent environment. The space is private and very quiet, with a beautiful view out the windows and easy access to great coffee and snacks. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. All in all, I highly recommend the space.

Our retreat went well and we always enjoy the Kiln room. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with setting up the laptop/projection system. My only suggestion is that a pot of coffee should be made before the meeting, maybe even 2 pots so that it does not run out so fast.

The place is second to none. I would agree that 12 is the max, people are great and the room has every option you could ever need for electronics. We will definitely use the room again!

I booked the kiln room for a family meeting with a social worker regarding care for our mother. When we arrived, staff had no record of our reservation but they said we could just go into the room since the door was unlocked. I had expected coffee to be provided as stated in the reservation description but the staff was busy so each of us bought our own coffee (and treat). The room was comfortable and roomy enough for 12 of us. The shop is noisy but that was fine since we were mostly discussing. Every once in a while a patron would open the door and look in which was distracting. As far as i can tell, the kiln room must be available to anyone when it isn't booked so if you have a meeting where you need to concentrate, put a sign on the door. Great room, noisy location, zero service.

The Kiln room is beautiful and a great scenic location. The coffee is awesome. Our one full day rental only had two concerns; one the projector(TV screen) wasn't working (or couldn't get configured until later when a knowledgeable person showed up). And, 2) We found the overall hum of customers when the shop got busy was somewhat a distraction. The glass doors are pretty, but not a good sound barrier when chatty customers are right on the other side. Overall, we sucessfully met and accomplished what we had intended. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great room for a group of no more than 10! Very professional set up with a cozy feel that invites great conversation!

Staff was helpful, view lovely, includes a screen (which we didn't use) and poster paper (which we did.) Well worth it.

The Kiln room was a beautiful space and my employees loved it for the 5 hour retreat. It was great to have staff order their drink of choice and charge it to the room. Being able to use outside catering was greatly appreciated! Suggestions for improvement: 1. please enable removal of extra chairs that are not needed. Having the chairs pushed up against the wall took up room and made it look cluttered. 2. Since I sat on the far side of the table by my computer for the powerpoint, having the cords draped across the table also looked cluttered. The center plug was nice. 3. The provided audio cable was very short and did not reach the computer without placing the computer 3 feet away from me at the end. A longer cable woudl be great. 4. An extra table is needed for the corner of the room to accomodate catered meals. They were either on the conference table or the corner which covered the trash access. The space is gorgeous and worth every penny!!
