The Center for Arts Education's large Annex can be used for events such as conferences, focus groups, training, meetings, retreats, script readings, rehearsals, meditation, receptions, exhibitions, auditions, etc. The space includes a main area, just over 1,000 square feet, along with access to a 405 square foot private conference room with a configurable conference table(s) and chairs. Both rooms have a phone, a projection screen, an Ethernet drop for Internet access, and access to our wireless network. Also available: 50+ chairs and 12 portable tables (30” x 60” each). The following additional equipment is available for use: slide projector, Mac or PC laptop for general Internet use, webcam, TV with DVD and/or VCR player, and flip charts. Nominal rental fees apply. Renters are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the meeting rooms. Please wipe down the tables, especially after eating, and bring all garbage bags to the freight elevator located just past the men’s bathroom. Meeting time includes the time a group requires to set up and clean up. Therefore, please include this time in your rental for this meeting space. For example, if your group starts at 9:30 AM and you need half an hour to set up, please use a start time of 9:00 AM. The same holds for clean-up. Please note that your group will be charged for additional set-up and clean-up time.
